In September 2009, Bradford College in association with Bradford Kickstart launched a new project Bradford Enterprise Academy. The academy delivers inspirational and exciting enterprise programmes to all college students. The aim of the academy is to stimulate high interest in enterprise, enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the students and increase the opportunities of new start up business and self employment.

Yellow… it’s the colour of sunshine and springtime. Marie Curie Cancer Care chose the daffodil to represent them almost twenty five years ago as it is a symbol of renewal.

As their contribution to the College’s campaign to support our local Marie Curie hospice in Bradford, students from our National Diploma in Photography programme have taken the colour yellow as their inspiration to take a range of photographs to sell on behalf of this most worthwhile charity.

Ross Miller, an artistic and a training director of renowned Renella Hairdressing Salon, also member of Habia Skill Team came to do a live cutting demonstration for Bradford College students, but also to talk about his beginnings.
