Tech World is the New IT Helpdesk run by Bradford College HE students.

Are you in a need of PC repair or do you need to upgrade your system? If so, do not hesitate to contact us. We can HELP!

What do we offer?

• PC upgrades, repair and troubleshooting
• PC and laptop software udates and troubleshooting on MS Office, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7,  Server 2003
• Customized PC Builds
• Small business and home network setups (wireless and security), testing and troubleshooting

Tech World Mission Statement

Our aim is to provide technical support (network, hardware and software problems) to local businesses and personal IT users. Our objective will be to offer technical support both through phone and in person, to successfully deliver these services in a timely and professional manner. Our approach will be proactive and we will strive to provide the highest level of customer service. Tech World customer service is easy for users that have no experience on computers use.

The service that we provide is completely free, from 19^th March to 14^th May 2010.

We can’t promise to provide solution to your IT problem, but we will certainly try.
